使用直插式OPA547，单电源12V供电，输出模拟电压为3V至9V。驱动比例阀需要电流0.3mA，环境温度约65度，无散热片。但是工作一段时间后OPA547容易损坏，请问是什么原因？
输入信号是0~3V(DAOUT2处输入)，损坏的输出电压为0V，更换OPA547后正常了
您好，我实际使用输出电压为3~9V，满足条件，虽然限制电流为300mA左右，但是实际测得驱动模拟比例阀的电流不超过0.3mA，运放损坏时是否发烫不知道，因为产品都是在客户手中，损坏后再上电测试不发烫。
