我想寻找一颗能满足以下条件的对数放大器。

直流电流输入范围：0.19uA~2mA

交流电流输入范围：0.009uA~199uA，频率范围：100KHz ~1M

交流部分叠加在直流上，一起输入，不会单独存在。

目前使用的是log114，现在想寻找一款替代料。
