30V供电，输出电流开路时，VG引脚输出电压会超过MOS管的VGS，会导致MOS管损坏？是不是电源电压不能超过mos管的VGS？

只有加在MOS管上的某个参数超过其最大绝对额定值才会导致MOS管损坏，仅看MOS管的栅极电压是不能判断是否会使它损坏的。如果MOS管的栅极-源极电压超过了所选MOS管最大绝对额定值，那么它就会损坏。如datasheet截图所示，给出了可以选择的MOS型号
