1.when set V-(Vth)=2.911V,V+>2.911V,there is no comparator output high level.
2.change V-(Vth)=2.585V,V+>2.585V,there is normal comparator output high level.
question:
why there's no normal comparator output high level when V-(Vth)=2.911V,V+>2.911V ?
