THS4500: 差分放大器:噪声与反馈电阻的关系

根据THS4500手册,大的反馈电阻会产生更大的噪声和尖峰脉冲(larger resistor value contribute more noise and can induce peaking in the ac response in low gain configuration),考虑前一级驱动能力有限(100kΩ),我们需要选择反馈电阻等于60kΩ,通过网站提供的pspice模型进行仿真,发现随着反馈电阻增加,波动增加(如下图所示)。想知道这是噪声导致的还是“induce peaking in the ac response in low gain configuration”导致的?我不太理解peaking in the ac response的意思。RF/RG比例固定,40k/64k=4k/6.4k=400/640,这是不是意味着low gain?

是否可以通过在反馈电阻上并联小电容(1pf)解决?这个在手册上没有找到依据。
