thermal pad

您好,

VSON 包装的 INA597 器件有 thermal pad,

手册上并无建议要如何连接此 pad,

 

若器件使用 +/- 15V 的供应电压,

那么我可以将 thermal pad 连接到电路板的 GND (0V) 吗 ?

若不可以, 那要如何连接 ?

 

请指教.
