最近做了几个分立的功率放大，其输出当频率高于3M的时候就开始衰减，在输出电压为11v时，当增加到10M时衰减都接近1V了，大家有没有什么好一点的方案，能在10M和10M以上不衰减呢。。。。。谢谢、、

这个是我的电路图，现在也在研究TI的芯片，试了几个电流反馈的ths3001和ths3091，电流可以上去，但是电压上不去，频率到6,7M之后，幅值也开始衰减，怎么能让电压上的去，而且频率增大时，幅值不会减少呢。。。谢谢、
