当负电压达到负的1.4V后，出现十几兆的自激。。。。
还有VCA810能放大信号的最大频率大概是多少呢？
请问是采用正负电源供电吗？建议发一下电路图。VCA810在常温下最大频率为35MHz典型值。
正负5供电。
实际上我测试连10M都有点难。。。
您好，请确认以下几个问题：
1. 输入-1.4V信号特征是什么？
2. IN2之前有没有其他电路？OUT2后面接什么电路？
3. 测试方式是什么？是直接从IN2输入信号，测OUT2输出吗？测试时有没有完全切断IN2前电路和OUT2后面的电路？
4. 测试时有没有做如datasheet中图30所示的线路阻抗匹配？
