我想采用MEAS-154NL传感器，3.3V电压工作，输出3.0V。采用TI那个仪表放大器合适要求低功耗?

可以看一下INA333
不知你对其他参数有无要求，比如输入失调电压，输入偏置电流，增益带宽积，温漂，压摆率等，或者你也可以参考下仪表放大的选型指南：

传感器最低输出电压时多少？会不会<0.1V?
如果要求接近0的话，又不能正负供电的话，可以看看INA122
