关于OPA564的输入保护问题，见下面规格书截取的图片，是说OPA564作为缓冲器，反向放大器，或者shutdown模式时，必须保证输入端电压差不能超过0.5V，否则必须外加二极管保护么？
是的，如果压差超过0.5V的话，建议输入端外接二极管做保护，如图：
