最近在用INA301芯片，因为比较关注偏置电流指标如下图，有一个疑惑，为什么在共模信号给到5V多一点点的时候，偏置电流会突然变大那么多？

这是由 INA301的输入级内部设计电路引起的，TI的大多数电流感测放大器都有这个现象。当共模电压小于或等于电源电压（上图中电源电压Vs=5V）时，器件主要通过电源电压偏置。然而，当共模电压大于电源电压时，器件通过输入引脚/共模电压被偏置。此时，器件的输入偏置电流发生变化。
