如何设计一个能够隔离直流信号,能完整通过2Hz~5000Hz信号的有源滤波电路?

我有一个传感器由24V直流供电,同时该探头也会输出2Hz到5000Hz的交流信号,我想设计一个滤波电路来滤除5000Hz以上的杂波信号而且要保证2~5000范围内的信号电压衰减小于5%,我也需要把24V直流信号隔离掉。但是如果直接加电容隔离直流的话就会存在低频(包含2Hz)信号被衰减。如何设计一个电路能保证2-5000Hz信号安全通过,又能衰减5K以上信号,且又能过滤掉直流24V?
