您好，TLV3201的输入端到电源有钳位二极管，如果电压未上电，输入引脚先上电，那么会造成二极管导通，电流从输入到电源端，相当于给电源端供电，出现电源端有电压的现象，如果这个电流大于10mA则将会对芯片造成永久性损坏。
所以不建议在电源未供电时，输入信号给电压。
