在放大输入范围内将采样电阻选的大一些可以降低输入误差，但是较大的采样电阻使得在采样电阻上的功耗增加了，因此需折中考虑，具体见下面参考设计：
1、具备电流检测放大器的低（微型放大器）高侧双向电流检测电路
