有人用过LMH3401的spice模型仿真文件么？为什么用他导入到ADS成功了 但是做仿真的时候会报错的呢？LMH6554的模型都能使用，这个是为什么？求大神解答。。。。。。
应该根据报的具体错误来分析原因.
会不会是整个电路模型中有一些其他问题呢，或者仿真设置的问题
LMH3401我看了下是TINA Spice model。 可以导入到TINA中用TINA进行仿真的。 或者你可以直接下载LMH3401 TINA reference design 用TINA进行仿真。
