用LM324搭了个很常见的电压跟随器，就是运放的负输入和输出接，正向输入接电压，单电源供电
假如正向输入是0.4V，运放失调电压0.004V，请问输出是0.4V还是0.404V呀，手上的万用表精度不够。不好测。
当然是0.404V啊，要是0.4，那不是没有失调电压了
