这个是输出信号波形（10S），用NI的采集卡采集的，像无规律的扰动。
硬件为PCM1794A+3片OPA2134,（试过OPA2277.同样的现象），这个能解决么？

这显然是数据采集问题。建议查一下，改其它没用。
