我用到的是数字MIC+TLV320AIC3106+dsp6748，所给数字MIC的时钟为128*Fs，为过采样。但数据到3106后怎么才能将之频率降采样为Fs呢？假设3106跟dsp的通信频率为Fs（随意设为16k）
