调试 TAS3251功放，发现没信号输入时，低噪很大声，

是否可以像TAS5711/31那樣關掉PWM輸出,

    是的， TPA3251不像TAS5711 通过寄存器配置可以将PWM shut down。
    您这里提到没有输入信号， TAS3251底噪很大的话，首先要确定噪声来源，不是输入信号耦合进去的话，那么排查下电源部分。
