PCM1840 不能工作，用万用表 单独测ic 的 Pin24(DREG) 对 Pin25(VSS) 短路 是否正常？

你好，请教一个问题！

1.线路板是没有短路的，电容也没有短路，我把ic拆出来单独测Pin24(DREG) 对 Pin25(VSS) 短路。

2.焊上ic后，上电时序按照datasheet Page30.
  Pin1(AVDD) Pin19（IOVDD) 供电电3.3V后，延时20ms 后 Pin14（SHDNZ） 才拉高。
这时，PCB板供电是情况：
  Pin1(AVDD) 3.3V
  Pin19（IOVDD）3.3V
  Pin2（AREG）0V
  Pin3（VREF）0V
  Pin24（DREG）0V
按datasheet Pin2（AREG）Pin3（VREF）Pin24（DREG）0V是不太正确。
