請教TPA3131D2與TPA3132D2的輸出差異,因為是同一份spec,不了解為何輸出瓦數有差異?
兩款的以下數值相同,RDSon=120m歐姆,GVDD=6.9V,輸出的計算公式也一樣,
TPA3131D2在RL=8歐姆,Vin=7.4V時最大輸出4W*2,
TPA3132D2在RL=8歐姆,Vin=19V時最大輸出25W*2,
以上是何解?難道Vin=19V時,TPA3132D2的GVDD不是6.9V?
這個問題都無人回覆......
目前我司已有產品使用TPA3131D2, 不知是否將PVCC加到19V, 就可以輸出25W*2?
還是非得改用TPA3132D2?
单从理论上计算, 那么TPA3131D2 也能达到输出功率, 但是器件的内部电路和工艺的不同, TPA3131D2 在那么大输出功率条件下, 可能会损坏.
