芯片手册里面描述VCLKin 单端输入且AC耦合，在CLINinX_TYPE配置成Bipolar模式时，信号幅度要求0.25~2.4Vpp，意思是输入时钟信号幅度在0.25~2.4Vpp区间内时钟都可以正常工作吗？

是的，但不建议信号幅值太接近最小值0.25Vpp以免信号反射设备不能正常工作。参考下面用户测试结果：
