TVP5150输入PAL制CVBS信号（CMOS摄像头）图像上部摆动；
1、 将摄像头移动到“亮度均匀”的场景时，不会摆动；
2、 将摄像头移动到“有亮有暗”的场景（日光灯及其周边天花板）时，会摆动；
注：把同样的CVBS输入LCD显示模图像正常。
图像上部摆动, 不明白是什么摆到, 如果是整个图像的上下摆到, 那就考虑场同步信号方面的问题
几个尝试，
1. 3.21.2 Analog Channel Controls Register 关掉AGC
2. 3.21.3 Operation Mode Controls Register Luminance peak disable
3. TV/VCR mode 模式切切看
