最上方紫色表示4M的晶振一个周期用1clk表示；
中间位16分频（根据手册）后的输入的比特流；
这里的比特流固定为25%；
理论输出（根据手册）应该输出一个最低电压；
但是实际输出为一个奇怪的波形，请问这里的时序是对的吗
用SYNC做一下同步看看。
