请问你的基准源是多少。ADS8558可以选用两种基准，一种是2.5V,一种是3V.每种基准，又可以设置输入范围为+/- 2Vref 和+/- 4Vref。
例如为其准为2.5V,选择 输入范围为+/- 2Vref。则最大可输入+/-5V的电压。输出code请参照dasheet的30页Table4.OutputDataFormat。其中负电压用补码表示。
基准为2.5V,选择 输入范围为+/- 2Vref。当输入5V时，输出结果为07FF,当输入-5V时，输出结果为0800
