sn74hc299是可以实现，不过我没有明白不带施密特触发器是啥意思？施密特触发可以抑制噪声，是一个挺好的功能。
CD74HC166 是否可用？
看sn74hc165的内部逻辑没有施密特触发器啊。这就是一款8bit并入串出的移位寄存器啊。
