以前ADS1299用着好好地，突然输出的电平不对了，DOUT输出的信号高电平只有1.2V左右，正常的应该是3.3V，这是哪里出了问题？？
想想, 有几种可能.
电源有问题了. 导致高电平输出不了. 不过好像可能性不会太大
端口损坏了, PULL up 的 MOS 管损坏了, 这个可能性比较大. 可能是由于你的高压或大电流导致的
其它的输出管脚都是正常的3.3V，就那一个脚的输出出了问题。
