2）ads1253e是24位AD，实际使用中使用24位采样会不会误差很大？

1）如果你的电压基准是+2.5V， 则CH1- 串联个电阻直接接到+2.5V，CH1+的输入范围0~5V。串电阻的 目的是为了更好的线性度。 规格书第7页，共22页，提到这点。
2） 规格书第4页右上角，ENOB vs Data output rate, the ENOB 是19 bit, （Typ.), 你可以根据你的要求来定夺。
