不知道为什么ADS1x9x在接收到数据后会舍弃高4位和低4位，这个数据绘制的图形没有心电图形。难道只是单纯的将long型转为short型，可是实际操作中会去掉正确信号。
最简单的问题，你直接看数据的波形，是不是你读取的时候，就把他漏读掉了。我倾向于这种可能，你的读的时序问题。
数据的接收没有漏掉。而且从接收的数据来看，高四位是含有有效数据的。
