在阅读ADS8568数据手册时，在第6页至第9页无Exposed Thermal Pad介绍，通过查找的方式发现也无Exposed Thermal Pad相关介绍。请问在实际的电气连接中，直接将Exposed Thermal Pad连接到AGND? 有些芯片的Exposed Thermal Pad 数据手册上要求连接到VSS.
我们Datasheet中47页，Figure 49. Layout Recommendation，直接与GND相连。
如果是单电源供电，VSS=GND，那么thermal pad连接到GND plane.
如果是双电源供电，thermal pad则需连接到Vss=V-
