我不太懂关于视频的处理。

但是我想，按照下记的方式 ，使用ds90ub914a-q1芯片。

Camera →LVDS信号 →IN+-（ds90ub914a-q1）→Dout+PCLK输出

想定输出的格式 是 ITU656 1280x720 （Dout [0:7]  8Pin 输出） 

怎么使用ds90ub914a-q1 ，或者说，怎么配置 IN+-的输入信号，能够实现？

还是，我想象的不能实现，需要用别的芯片？

    ds90ub914a不能满足您的要求，不能输出BT.656 格式的数据。

    您应该需要的是encoder类似的器件，但我们没有符合您应用的器件。

    HD video input in 720p/1080p format for both 50 and 60Hz frame rates, with embedded
    syncs, according to the SMPTE 296M/SMPTE 274M standard. 720p/1080p is a progressive format with an active
    image area of 1280 by 720 pixels/1920 by 1080 pixels. The pixel clock is 74.25 MHz/148.5 MHz.
