ADS1110模拟输入0V时I2C输出满量程问题

我们公司一直大量运用ADS1110的ADC芯片，最近连续出现模拟端输入在0V（就几mv）时输出满65536量程问题，而在较大的模拟输入电压（比如0.5V,1V...）时，I2C数字端输出正常的； ADC设置为15bit， 增益为1；VIN-接GND,VIN+为模拟输入。

请问这是为什么？芯片坏了？但是电压较大时，输出是正常的。

请帮忙分析解答。谢谢！
