用IIC读取ADS1115的测量值，SCl和SDA都上拉20K的电阻。Hi_reg的值为0x7fff,，Lo_reg的值为0x0000，Config_reg的值为0xc1e4。不管哪个通道输入什么电压，读取到的值都是65278，既1111 1110 1111 1110。
