ADS8528使用硬件串行模式，使用内部基准，2VREF模式, REFIO引脚输出基准电压在+3.165到+3.182之间（测试三块相同的板子），通过FPGA经过ADS8528
的RESET引脚对ADS8528复位，同样REFIO输出电压在在+3.165到+3.182之间，和理论的2*2.5V(5V)输出基准偏差较大，麻烦帮我解答以下，谢谢！
