专家们好，ADS1258的单端输入也就是AIN0-AIN15这16个通道的最大输入电压是不是5V？？我现在在使用ADS1258的时候，从12V的输入端串联了2个精密电阻，一个是3MΩ，一个是1MΩ，然后接地，从1MΩ和3MΩ连接的一端接线到ADS1258的单端输入，那理论上这个输入大概是3V左右，没有超过它的范围，但是我上电的时候ADS1258的输入端烧了，这是怎么回事呢？？哪里有问题呢？？请指教具体如图所示的电路。ADS1258的端口直接烧坏了。
