DAC7718输出值和输入对应不上

使用DAC7718,VREF值为5V，GAIN值设定为6，OFFSETDAC_CODE值为0，正负15V电源供电，按照下面的公式INPUT_CODE值为2048时输出值为15V，

我现在INPUT_CODE值为256时输出值就是15V。

调整VREF调整为4V时，INPUT_CODE值为1279时输出值就是15V。

请问这是什么原因
