按照手册时序图，写入0X1A00，没有输出

查看数据手册数据格式，如下截图，当R1 R0为01时，仅是将DAC B的数据写入BUFFER，并没有输出；
另外检查下VREF是否设置正确，fsclkmax是否满足要求
请问CS引脚直接接地可以吗？
不可以，需要cs管脚的下降沿启动数据传输
