电路图如附件，还有输出是不是原码输出啊
电路图不是很清晰，VDRV接的是+5V还是-5V？手册上参考电路接的是+5或+3V。
16号引脚V+为什么既接5V又接GND？
15号引脚不要悬空，接到处理器或者GND上去。
手册第3页，编码方式是straight offset binary，就是二进制偏移码，最小模拟输入对应0x000，最大对应0xFFF。
