手里只有一个3v的参考电压，想把ADS805设为1~4v,输入范围，可否用电阻分压然后用射随器获得2.5v和1.5v的参考电压，精度是否能保证？

这样做是可以的，你可以参考datasheet中的图10.
这时需要注意：分压电阻精度要高，温漂系数要小。你可以用个低噪的运放，比方OPA2333，先把3V分成两路，在去分压。
