CLKSEL是时钟选择，为高采用内部时钟，为低采用外部输入时钟
另外，如果需要隔离，可以考虑AMC1204
CLKSEL 是用来选择内部时钟 或外部时钟输入。 1为使用内部时钟 10M。输出高与低是与参考相关。
