ads1240通电后（不接MCU），外接的晶振不能起振，示波器上看不到震荡波,用芯海的CS1242即正常（有波图），线路图完全一样，不知ads1240使用有何讲究？
1 . 先检查所有的管脚定义与连接以及供电是否正常，焊接质量
2. 外置晶体的频率范围以及起振电容有一些要求，查看数据手册P12
