你好，ads1258采用正负2.5V供电时，exposed thermal pad是否一定要接AVSS？我的ads1258的封装为QFP的。另外在差分模式下，AINCOM如何接，接地吗？
exposed thermal pad 主要用来散热的。一般接GND
pdf上提QFN封装的要接到VSS上，也就是-2.5Ｖ，我的ＱＦｐ封装的不知道接哪个好？

按照Datasheet描述：The exposed thermal pad of the ADS1258 should be connected electrically to AVSS.
芯片的PowerPad接的是芯片模拟供电最低电压，双电源供电时是AVSS -2.5V， 常见的单电源是接GND.
也就是说，我±2.5双电源供电时，要接-2.5V啦，这个和封装有关吗，还是全部这样处理？
和封装无关，基本上都是这样处理的。
