您好，可以的。数字电源的电压范围是2.7-5.25V，模拟电源的电压范围是4.75-5.25V。
这是推荐的一种典型接法，看看datasheet第三页技术参数的推荐：
TA = –40°C to 85°C, +VA = 5 V, +VBD = 5 V or 3.3 V, Vref = 2.5 V, fsample = 3 MHz (unless otherwise noted)
