SN7406反相器数据手册上显示输出电压最大能达到30V
问题1、SN7406输出端需要接上拉吗？
问题2、根据上面对于数据手册的截图是指反相器输出端接上拉的电源可以最大达到30V么？
1 output 是open-collector，所以要接上拉。
2 yes, 输出三极管的CE最大break down 电压是30V，但是为了保险起见，不要太接近这个maximum limit吧
