有没有位数较多的反相器

我是想实现这样一个功能，差分的LVDS串行数据输入后，通过2组DS90CF366芯片将其转换为48位（6*8组)的并行数据，然后想找一个位数较多的反相器，将1位TTL数据转换为两位的反相的-5V和0V输出,本来想用74HCT04的，但是这样的话，体积太大了，有没有什么芯片推荐？

如果是能LVDS串行数据直接转换成-5V和0V的信号那就更好了。
