你好，数据现在能读到，我发现波动太大，在24位下最大最小相差1600，只能达到13位的精度，请问这正常吗？你们的ADS1278EVM-PDK能达到多少位？如何解决这个问题？

注：我设置为低速模式，27M晶振，10547采样数率。如果我降低采样数率，1.6M晶振，625采样数率会好一些。
