can there have tsc2003 driver for windows 7 and 8

dear all,

目前我们苏秦车载项目第一版仅剩下触摸屏的问题，能否请原厂尽快帮忙看看。

 另外，从TI网站没有找到驱动， 也请帮忙先了解一下，这个芯片在WIN8.1下是否需要驱动，有没有针对WIN8.1的驱动？

 目前项目已经非常紧急， 还请各位能大力支持一下，谢谢。
