ADC3663: + THS4541 capturing SNR degradation issue

We have used ADC3663 + THS4541 by official schematics and layout reference for small signal capturing that the noise floor is about -83dBm and signal is about -31dBm, associated input SNR is about 62dB. However, ADC3663 captured signal SNR calculated by FFT is about 56dB, there is about 6dB SNR missing, are there tips for those missed 6dB SNR recovered? Thanks!
