增益16倍正负差分都接 AGND测试电压显示为0.6mv不知道正常吗？

应该是正常的，0.6mv=600uV，除以增益16 换算到输入端37.5uV，与datasheet 给出的输入失调差不多，如下截图：
另外，增益误差和PSRR即供电纹波对输出也会产生失调，您可以利用下面链接中2.5节公式计算总的误差TUE：
