我在官网购买了一块ADS1298R的评估板，目前评估板已经拿到了，在我检查板子的过程中发现TMS320存在连锡的情况，具体连锡位置为第11、12引脚，第102、103引脚，以及第109、110引脚，第113、114引脚，第143、144引脚。我想问一下这个问题是故意设计的还是生产过程中出现差错导致的。
